This website is published by Stride Educational Services (“SES”), a registered company in England with registered number 12637952. Registered address 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX. SES is branded publicly as “Stride School” across our platforms.
This privacy policy covers the processing of personal data of all individuals (“users”, “you”, and “your”) who visit, register, or have registered on their behalf, their details (“data”) on any of the websites built and maintained by us (“site and “sites”). SES respects the personal data protection rights of SES’s users and is strongly committed to protecting the personal data of SES’s users. This privacy policy describes how SES collects and makes use of your data and the cookies SES uses on SES sites. You can stop being a user at any time by emailing us at: info@stride.school, whereupon all benefits and privileges available to you as a user will cease also.
This privacy policy also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing that SES carries out or where SES relies on consent, how to withdraw that consent. SES generally collects personal information from you when you interact with SES or make use of SES’s Services. This includes:

Information SES collects automatically from your device
SES collects certain personal data directly from your device, when you visit the website. Personal data collected from third parties
The SES site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Service providers: Your data may be shared with third parties service providers who will process it on behalf of SES for purposes identified above. Such third parties include providers of website hosting, maintenance, research and analytics solutions, IT services, related analytics for SES’s sites and identity checking payment solutions. Advertising Service Providers: Designated service providers assist SES with advertisement display functions and related analytics to SES’s sites

Security
Any data you provide to SES is kept on secure servers. SES uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard such data against loss, theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification and to ensure the integrity of the data. To help us protect your privacy, you should maintain the secrecy of your login ID you may have set up in connection with your access to the site. If in SES’s reasonable opinion SES considers that your ID has in any way been compromised and its use is contravening our terms and conditions SES has the right to terminate access to the site at once and if appropriate cancel without refund any subscription related to it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us: for a confirmation on whether SES processes your personal data, certain information in this regard and a copy of your personal data undergoing said processing; to correct, complete, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; to exercise your right to portability (i.e. to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format); and to ask us to share (port) this data to another controller. Retention of data:
Where SES process certain limited information about each use as part of the online registration process, SES does this for as long as you are an active user of SES’s sites, plus not less than 2 years thereafter.
Where SES process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, SES process that data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). SES also keeps a record of the fact you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data indefinitely so that SES can respect your request in future.
Where SES process personal data for site security purposes, SES retains it for as long as you are an active use for SES’s sites, plus not less than 2 years thereafter.
Where SES process personal data in connection with performing a contract, SES keeps that data for 6 years from your last interaction with us, which is consistent with the period of time that we retain the related contract.
